Jirou Kyoka figured out who Nightingale was on the third day of school.
Shouji Mezou, like Jirou, figured him out before most of the class.
Aizawa Shouta first truly met Nightingale at the USJ.

Midoriya Izuku has a quirk called Lullaby that lets him sing people to sleep, and he wants to be a hero.

He also helps a few people a long the way.
